ANGELS OF CARE BY TLM, LLC takes great pride in the way we do our pre-employment screenings to make sure that all of our Direct Care Professionals are ready and able to assist our consumers in the comfort of their home without worry or fear.
Our pre-employment screening consists of:
- Criminal Background Checks
- Child Clearance - if app (If there are children under the age of 18 in the home.)
- Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
- CPR and First Aid
- Completion of the 10 Module Training and Exams that MUST be Scored at 70% or above on the Department of Education Pennsylvania Home Care Home Page. All potential employees must complete and pass all of the ANGELS OF CARE BY TLM's pre-employment requirements. No Exceptions.
